Shri Krishna Cleaning Services provides professional home, office and commercial cleaning services in Hyderabad, Telangana. The exact scope of each service is agreed upon at the time of booking or confirmed during our callback call.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after our team contacts you to verify your details and schedule. Submitting a form or calling us initiates the process but does not guarantee a booking slot until confirmed by our team.

3. Payment Policy

We operate on a "Pay After Service" model — no advance payment is required. Payment is due upon completion and inspection of the service. We accept Cash and UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm). Prices quoted are inclusive of all applicable charges unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your booking at any time before our team arrives by calling us at +91 93986 46141. We ask for at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid inconveniencing our team. There are no cancellation fees.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please inform our team before they leave or contact us within 24 hours. We will do our best to address your concerns, including returning to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.

6. Liability

Our team takes every precaution to protect your property. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our staff, please notify us immediately. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure access to the property at the agreed time
Inform us of any fragile items or areas requiring special attention
Secure pets and valuable items before the team arrives
